Trello Power-Up - PrimeScheduler

PrimeScheduler is a Trello Power‑Up that lets users compose a comment on a card and set a future date and time for it to be posted automatically. The scheduling interface is accessed directly from the card within Trello, and the comment is published under the creator’s account when the specified moment arrives. Users can include @mentions, which trigger standard Trello notifications for the mentioned teammates.

The tool works on all Trello plans, including the free tier, and stores the required OAuth token encrypted on EU servers. Scheduled comments can be cancelled from the card before they are sent, and the current version supports scheduling up to seven days in advance. A free tier provides the first five scheduled comments, while a paid subscription removes that limit.

Future updates are planned to extend the scheduling horizon, add comment templates, and introduce recurring comments and team‑wide subscriptions. The Power‑Up operates entirely inside Trello without requiring external services such as Zapier.
