Tunno provides developers with local HTTPS domains that replace the typical localhost address, automatically generating SSL certificates trusted by browsers. It also offers one‑click public tunnels, creating shareable URLs such as myapp‑x4k.tunno.space, which can be toggled on or off without any command‑line interface or configuration files. The tool includes optional password protection for any public URL, allowing secure client previews or staging demos that remain unindexed.

In addition to domain handling, Tunno features a built‑in traffic inspector that displays each request in real time, showing headers, bodies, timing, and allowing filtering of assets and response inspection. This eliminates the need for separate proxy utilities during development.
