Razer macOS
Open source colour effects manager for Razer devices
It provides a native macOS interface for configuring lighting effects on a wide range of Razer peripherals, including keyboards, mice, mouse mats, e‑GPUs, headphones, stands, Blade laptops, speakers and other accessories. Users can select custom colors for static, reactive and starlight modes, and the chosen settings are written to the device’s onboard memory so they persist across reboots.
The application runs on current macOS versions for both Intel and Apple Silicon hardware, and it installs via a simple drag‑and‑drop to the Applications folder. If macOS blocks the app, the user can enable it through the Security & Privacy preferences. A built‑in FAQ helps resolve cases where color changes do not apply.
Supported hardware is extensive, covering many Razer keyboards (e.g., BlackWidow, Huntsman, Cynosa series), mice (e.g., DeathAdder, Basilisk, Viper, Naga families), mouse mats (Firefly series), e‑GPUs (Core X Chroma), headphones, stands and Blade laptops. The device list aligns with the OpenRazer compatibility database.
