Atomic Server

Knowledge graph database with documents (similar to Notion), tables, search, and a powerful linked data API. Lightweight, very fast and no runtime dependencies.

It provides a lightweight, self‑hosted CMS and graph database that stores documents, tables, files and chat messages as linked data. Users can define custom classes, properties and schemas with an integrated ontology editor, and the system validates and shares those models via Atomic Schema. A RESTful API returns JSON‑AD, and the server supports full‑text fuzzy search, pagination, sorting, filtering and real‑time synchronization through websockets.

The platform includes a rich‑text collaborative editor comparable to Google Docs/Notion, a table interface with strict schema validation similar to Airtable, and group chat channels with attachments. Versioning is event‑sourced, and access control is handled through hierarchical permissions and invite links. Serialization is available in JSON, JSON‑AD and various RDF formats.

Developers can interact through JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Svelte or Rust libraries, and a terminal client is also provided. The server runs on Linux, Windows, macOS and ARM, requires no runtime dependencies, and offers built‑in HTTP/HTTPS support with optional Let’s Encrypt.
