Dashy

Feature-rich homepage for your homelab, with easy YAML configuration.

Dashy provides a single, self‑hosted web page that aggregates links to all of the services running in a homelab. Users define the dashboard through a single YAML file or via an integrated UI editor, specifying icons, status checks, widgets and launch behavior for each entry. The interface supports multiple pages, instant search, keyboard shortcuts, and several view modes, including a minimal start‑page and a workspace view that keeps multiple apps open side‑by‑side.

The project includes built‑in theming with many preset color palettes, a UI color editor, and support for custom CSS, allowing each installation to be styled uniquely. Icons can be drawn from favicons, Font‑Awesome, Material Design, emojis or custom images, and status indicators show real‑time health and response times for configured services. Optional authentication offers multi‑user access, granular privileges and SSO integration, while an encrypted cloud backup service can store configuration off‑site.

Dashy is distributed under the MIT license, runs in Docker or on bare metal, and is maintained as a stable, open‑source project with active development. It targets anyone who self‑hosts applications and wants a configurable, privacy‑focused homepage to organize and monitor those services.
