Formbricks is a self‑hostable, open‑source experience management platform that lets teams collect feedback through in‑app, website, link and email surveys. Its no‑code editor supports multiple question types and templates, while targeting and segmentation features allow surveys to be delivered to specific user groups without code changes. The system also offers shareable link surveys and collaborative access for organization members.

The platform integrates with tools such as Slack, Notion, Zapier and n8n, and provides built‑in analytics through the Formbricks Insight Platform. It is built with TypeScript, Next.js, React, TailwindCSS, Prisma, Auth.js and Zod, and is licensed under AGPL‑3.0, offering a free tier and no subscription requirement.
