FutureRestore GUI

It provides a graphical front‑end for the FutureRestore command‑line tool, allowing users to select firmware, baseband and SEP files through a visual interface instead of constructing long terminal commands. The application validates file types, ensures a compatible FutureRestore binary is present, and can download the latest build automatically for macOS, Windows and Linux. It offers controls to exit recovery mode, stop a running restore process, and retry on specific errors, while displaying progress bars and a current‑task description.

The GUI integrates log handling by saving all output to a user directory, offering smart autoscroll, optional automatic sharing of logs, and a preview of the generated command for those who prefer the terminal. Theme support includes automatic dark or light mode based on the operating system, and users can force a preferred theme.

Installation is available via native packages—DMG for macOS, MSI for Windows, DEB and a universal script for Linux—or through package managers such as Homebrew and winget. The program checks for its own updates at launch and supports newer FutureRestore features like Pwndfu restores, custom firmware versions and blob generation.
