Impactor
Sideloading application for iOS/tvOS
Impactor provides a graphical interface for sideloading iOS and tvOS applications directly from macOS, Linux, or Windows. It automates the process of registering a device with Apple, creating development certificates, and generating provisioning profiles using the user’s Apple ID, allowing apps to be signed and installed on iOS 9.0+ and macOS without a paid developer account (subject to Apple’s 7‑day limit).
The tool supports installing popular sideloaded packages such as SideStore and LiveContainer, handling various payload types including .deb, .dylib, .framework, .bundle, and .appex directories. It also offers utilities for managing pairing files, generating P12 certificates, and injecting tweaks via ElleKit, as well as optional AppSync integration and entitlement requests for increased memory limits.
Impactor is open‑source, cross‑platform, and distributed through flatpak, Homebrew, and direct downloads. It requires usbmuxd on Linux and iTunes drivers on Windows, and includes basic customization options and device utilities for advanced users.
