idevice_pair
Generate pair records for iOS devices
The application provides a graphical interface for discovering iOS devices over USB and handling the pairing files required for wireless debugging and sideloaded apps. Users can generate new pairing records, load existing ones, validate them against a connected device, and install the files into supported applications such as SideStore, LiveContainer, StikDebug, SparseBox, Feather, Protokolle, and Antrag. It also reports developer‑mode status and can automatically mount the necessary developer disk image.
Targeted at developers and power users who need to manage iOS device pairing on macOS, Linux, or Windows, the tool works with usbmuxd and requires the device to have a passcode, developer mode enabled, and a sideloaded app. The interface lets users select a device, choose the appropriate pairing protocol (RPPairing for newer iOS versions or Lockdown for older ones), and perform the full pairing workflow without command‑line steps.
Distribution is offered as pre‑built binaries for each platform, and the source can be built with Rust’s cargo toolchain. The software is marked stable and focuses on simplifying the otherwise manual process of creating and applying pairing files for a range of iOS utilities.
