Live Helper Chat
Live Support chat for your website.
Live Helper Chat is an open‑source, self‑hosted application that adds real‑time support chat to a website. It runs on PHP 8.2 and MySQL, with optional components such as Elasticsearch, Amazon S3 and Node.js for larger deployments. The system can handle thousands of concurrent chats and dozens of operators, and it offers web, mobile and desktop clients, including a Flutter‑based mobile app.
The platform integrates voice, video and screen‑share through Jitsi (free) or Agora (paid), and it provides a REST API for custom extensions. It supports a range of messaging channels—Telegram, Facebook Messenger, Twilio WhatsApp, and more—and can connect to third‑party AI services such as ChatGPT, Rasa, Ollama, Gemini and DeepPavlov for bot responses, sentiment analysis, or other automation. Additional features include two‑factor authentication, Google login, and file storage on S3.
Designed for enterprises that require data protection, Live Helper Chat is used by banks, healthcare providers, universities and gaming companies. The software is released under the Apache‑2.0 license, offers a free tier without subscription, and includes documentation, community forums and a Discord chat for support.
