Mos

Mos is an open‑source macOS utility that modifies mouse wheel behavior to produce smooth, deterministic scrolling. It converts raw wheel deltas into a controllable motion curve, allowing users to adjust step size, gain, and duration to achieve a feel similar to a trackpad while preserving predictability across applications.

The tool supports per‑application profiles, letting users define distinct scrolling settings for different programs. Vertical and horizontal axes can be split and tuned independently, and each axis may be reversed separately. Users can also bind mouse buttons or keyboard shortcuts to custom actions, with a live monitor for recording device events.
