SourceBans++
Admin, ban, and communication management system for games running on the Source engine.
SourceBans++ provides a web‑based interface for managing administrators, bans, and player communication on any game that uses the Source engine. It stores player data in a MySQL or MariaDB database and integrates with Source Dedicated Server through MetaMod: Source and SourceMod plugins, allowing server operators to issue bans, assign admin rights, and broadcast messages from a central panel.
The system is self‑hostable and runs on a standard web server with PHP 8.2 or higher, requiring the GMP extension and a memory limit of at least 64 MiB. Installation can be performed from pre‑packaged release archives that include all dependencies, or by manually installing Composer‑managed PHP packages for the master branch. Upgrades from earlier versions are handled by a supplied script that updates configuration and security settings.
Targeted at server administrators and community managers of Source‑engine titles such as Counter‑Strike: Global Offensive, Team Fortress 2, and Alien Swarm, SourceBans++ offers long‑term support, a large user community, and cross‑game compatibility while remaining free under a CC‑BY‑SA‑4.0 license.
