Stringz
Editor for localizable files
Stringz is a macOS‑only editor that streamlines the localization workflow for Xcode projects across iOS, macOS, tvOS, and watchOS. It automatically discovers all localizable resources—such as .strings, .storyboard, .xib, and .plist files—within a selected .xcodeproj and presents them in a side‑by‑side table view that highlights missing translations and duplicate values.
The interface lets developers add, delete, and edit strings, introduce new languages, and import text directly from storyboard and xib files, reducing the manual effort of matching element identifiers. Features include undo/redo, autosave (with an optional disable), and preferences for importing and exporting localization data.
Stringz targets developers who need a lightweight, graphical tool for managing app strings and Info.plist entries, offering a focused alternative to manual editing while integrating tightly with the macOS environment.
