The application provides a bridge between a computer and calculators‑84 Plus family of graphing calculators, enabling users to transfer files, update operating systems, and install calculator apps. It supports simultaneous connections to multiple calculators, allowing bulk transfers and coordinated updates.

A screen‑capture workspace lets users capture, organize, and convert calculator displays into images that can serve as calculator backgrounds. The built‑in program editor permits creation and editing of TI‑Basic programs, with the ability to send them directly to a connected device.

The software runs on Windows 10/11 (64‑bit) and macOS 14/15 for both Intel and Apple Silicon, requiring a USB port and an internet connection for installation. It is intended for students, educators, and hobbyists who need to manage calculator content and software efficiently.
