Replacicon is a macOS‑only utility that scans the system for installed applications and presents a catalog of alternative icons sourced from online collections such as macosicons.com. Users can browse, search, and filter the list—by all apps, those in the Dock, or custom‑imported files—to select a replacement that matches their visual preferences. The app also employs machine‑learned models to highlight icons that appear outdated and can generate new icons using Apple Intelligence and Image Playground.

When an icon is chosen, Replacicon applies the replacement with a single click and retains the custom icon across future updates of the target application. It offers a one to original icon, the ability to hide unwanted entries, and support for both Intel and Apple Silicon Macs running macOS Ventura (13) or newer, including full compatibility with macOS Tahoe (26).
