Work Hours

Work Hours is a macOS utility that lets users record the time they spend on tasks directly from the menu bar. The interface provides a simple start‑stop timer, and when the computer enters sleep mode the timer pauses automatically, ensuring that recorded periods reflect actual work time.

All logged entries are written to a CSV file placed in the user’s Documents folder, keeping the data private and easily accessible for further analysis. The application can generate daily and monthly reports from the stored CSV, allowing users to review their productivity over different time spans without needing external services.
